Coffee breaks · Meetings & conferences

The pause your meeting will remember.

A good coffee break gives a long day its second wind. We set up and serve coffee breaks for board meetings, workshops, training days and conferences across Riyadh, from a table for fourteen to a full conference hall.

Coffee first, dates beside it

That is how we were raised to receive a guest. Our hosts pour Saudi coffee with Taif rose or Hejazi spices, next to Sukkari and Khalas dates, and a specialty coffee bar can sit beside them for guests who prefer a flat white.

On the table: pastries baked that morning, luqaimat with date syrup, small kleija, fresh fruit and light sandwiches such as za'atar chicken ciabatta or halloumi focaccia. Every item carries its allergens.

Set up before your first guest arrives

We arrive early, lay the station out to fit your room and your schedule, and refresh it between sessions so the last break looks like the first. When the meeting ends, we clear everything away.

For conferences we plan the breaks around your agenda: a morning welcome, a mid-session refresh, and an afternoon break before the last talk.

FAQ

Questions we are asked

How far ahead should we book?

A few days is usually enough for a meeting. For a conference, tell us as early as you can so we can plan the breaks around your agenda.

Do you serve Saudi coffee with a host?

Yes. Our hosts pour Saudi coffee and serve dates, in the spirit of the majlis. A barista for specialty coffee can join them.

Can you handle several breaks in one day?

Yes. We plan morning, mid-session and afternoon breaks and refresh the station between them.

Do you have options for special diets?

Every item is marked with its allergens, and we include vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices when you need them.

Can we add a coffee break to our daily catering contract?

Yes. Contract clients add it in the client portal as an extra request, with the date, time and number of guests.
