Your restaurant, run like our own.

Unique House runs restaurants and cafés inside the buildings of government entities and companies in Riyadh. We already operate a restaurant inside a government building in the city, and we bring the same team, kitchen and standards to yours.

Operations to the letter of the contract

A canteen contract is judged every day, not once a year. We staff the counter and the kitchen, run the menu, keep the hygiene records and report against the KPIs your contract sets, so your facilities team always has the numbers.

Opening hours, breakfast and lunch service, a coffee corner for meetings, or a café open all day: we shape the operation around your building and your people.

Menus that keep people coming back

Our menus draw on more than 1,200 Saudi and international dishes, and they change through the week so regulars do not tire of them. Every dish is marked with its allergens and with vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free labels.

We read what sells and what does not, adjust the menu with you, and keep waste down by planning to real numbers.

Why entities hand their restaurant to us

Running a staff restaurant in-house means hiring and managing cooks, buying and servicing equipment, municipal permits, health certificates for every worker, and paying for food that is cooked and never eaten. Handed to us, all of that becomes one contract, one team and one monthly report.

Not sure it makes sense for you? Tell us what the restaurant costs you today: staff, ingredients, equipment and waste. We will set it side by side with an operation run by Unique House, free and with no obligation, so you decide on numbers.
